AN EXCEPTIONAL 43RD EDITION FOR THE GAME FAIR!

The 43rd edition of the Game Fair was held on June 13, 14, and 15, 2025, at the Parc Équestre Fédéral in Lamotte-Beuvron, right in the heart of Sologne. Once again, the event successfully brought together a loyal and enthusiastic community of hunting and nature enthusiasts. Over the course of three days, 106,300 visitors explored the aisles of the fair to discover 650 exhibitors and more than 5,000 brands represented, reinforcing Game Fair’s status as the largest hunting exhibition in France and Europe.

Les Villages

Visitors immersed themselves in the world of hunting and the outdoors, with booths dedicated to firearms, optics, ammunition, taxidermy, hunting travel, clothing and accessories, cutlery, bowhunting, land management, wildlife art, fishing, vehicles, and more.

Two new highlights made a lasting impression this year:
– The Barbecue Village, which featured tastings, demonstrations, and culinary events focused on game meat.
– The strong presence of the FACCC (Fédération des Associations de Chasseurs aux Chiens Courants), which hosted a dedicated village for tracking dogs, supported by the Association of France’s Wolf-Hunting Officers. The weekend was filled with demonstrations and competitions showcasing this traditional hunting method.

The region of Sologne was once again celebrated at the Game Fair, promoting its rich gastronomic heritage. Local products such as asparagus, strawberries, goat cheese, lamb meat, black bee honey, and the famous tarte Tatin were in the spotlight all weekend, with local producers given center stage.

The Dog Village brought together over 1,500 dogs, offering enthusiasts the opportunity to admire exceptional breeds from all across France. The Game Fair hosted a new edition of the Grand Prix SCC for hunting dogs, a breed conformance competition organized by the Société Centrale Canine. Many visitors also took advantage of the event to have their dogs officially confirmed by the SCC.

Les temps forts

The Vènerie Village (dedicated to traditional French mounted hunting) continued to expand, featuring craftsmen and practitioners of this ancient art, including horn blowers, hunting crews, saddlers, riding coat makers, and transporters.

The Game Fair also offered hands-on opportunities for visitors to test the latest innovations in weapons and optics on ball-trap and running boar shooting ranges. Bargain hunters explored the flea market and participated in the auction sales.

UNE 43ÈME ÉDITION EXCEPTIONNELLE POUR LE GAME FAIR !

A highlight of the weekend was the gala dinner show, orchestrated once again by Michelin-starred chefs Olivier Nasti and Thomas Boullault, which amazed guests with an extraordinary performance. The show featured aerial displays, horn competitions, equestrian spectacles, horseback archery, and concluded with a spectacular fireworks display.

Larivière Organisation extended its sincere thanks to all partners, including:
Air et Nature, ANCGG, Association des Lieutenants de Louveterie de France, Champagne Pommery, Château Puech-Haut, FACCC, Fédération Départementale des Chasseurs de Loir-et-Cher, Fédération Française d’Équitation, Fédération Française de Tir, Fédération Nationale des Chasseurs, Fédération Professionnelle des Métiers de l’Arme et de la Munition, Interprochasse, La Nouvelle République, Région Centre-Val de Loire, Ville de Lamotte-Beuvron, Laporte, Conseil Départemental du Loir-et-Cher, Pays de Grande Sologne, Nature Dog, Neo, OFB, Seasons, Service Central des Armes et Explosifs, Société Centrale Canine, Société de Vénerie, SNAFAM, and UNUCR.

The next edition is already scheduled for June 12–14, 2026, once again at the Parc Équestre Fédéral in Lamotte-Beuvron. Organizers look forward to welcoming even more visitors for an even richer and more exciting event!
